This Walnut, Cherry and Ash Open Segmented Bowl is one of a kind. Hand turned and sanded to a smooth finish. This is a good sized bowl which is finished in food safe mineral oil. Use it for fruit, bread, snacks or as a centerpiece. It has over 70 individual pieces of wood artistically placed to let a bit of light shine thru. Each piece is different and has its own unique personality. The base is made from a piece of solid walnut. Will make a beautiful gift for the holidays, wedding, birthday or a great housewarming gift. Wood hails from our home in Northwestern Pa. and what once were fallen trees are now this one of a kind beautiful bowl that will last a life time. No tree is harmed in the making of our products. Hand wash and dry then occasionally apply a light coat of food grade mineral oil to keep the wood from cracking. Finished with mineral oil. Hand signed and dated. Item #B168
