Spalted Maple Hand Turned Jewelry Holder is so beautifully marked you almost hate to put anything in it! Every single bit of this wood has an original unique mark, swirl, and squiggle. The grain is just spectacular. The holder has a special place for rings so no more searching when you are in a hurry. No tree was harmed in the turning of this bowl as our Pennsylvania winter took the tree. We took that old downed tree and brought gave it a new life. A bit of furniture polish will keep this bowl in great shape. Hand signed and dated. Finished in shellac and bees wax. Item #M132
